Who You're Dealing With

Heapwatch — the website and the app — is built and run by Viktor Jamrich Enterprises s.r.o., Dolná Poruba 10, 914 43 Dolná Poruba, Slovakia, EU (IČO 50657461; DIČ 2120415561; IČ DPH SK2120415561). Throughout this page, "we" means us and "you" means you or the company you're buying for.

Which Law Applies

Slovak law governs these Terms, and Slovak courts handle disputes. We'd much rather sort things out over email first.

If We Change These Terms

A new version gets its own permanent URL (for example /terms/2026-09-05-v2) and /terms always shows the one in force. Continuing to use Heapwatch after a new version takes effect means you accept it, unless the law requires us to ask more directly.

Browsing the Marketing Site

You may read heapwatch.com, use Cookie Settings, and contact us without creating an account. Don't misuse the site (no scraping that overloads us, no attempts to break in). Content on the site is for information; the service itself runs at app.heapwatch.com under the sections below once you register.

What Heapwatch Does

Heapwatch is a workbench for firmware teams: live telemetry from your ESP32 boards, crash capture, and decoded stack traces. We work hard to make it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will surface every defect. Your code, devices, and releases stay yours.

Creating an account means you agree to these Terms (app sections), our Privacy Policy — App & account, and our Refund Policy.

Your Account

A few things we ask of you:

• Sign up with accurate details and keep them current.
• Look after your credentials; tell us quickly if someone else got in.
• Take responsibility for your account, workspaces, and anyone you invite.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts others at risk, or abuses trials and refunds.

The Trial

New accounts get fourteen days free, no payment card required. It won't roll into a paid plan on its own. If you don't subscribe, paid features switch off when the trial ends.

Plans, Payment, and Tax

Plans are billed in euro at the price shown, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Subscribing authorises us and Stripe to charge your payment method each period until you cancel.

Prices can change with notice; your current paid period stays at the price you paid. Refunds and cancellations are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Your Data Stays Yours

Telemetry, core dumps, firmware artefacts — it belongs to you. You let us process it only to run and secure the service, as described in the Privacy Policy — Devices & workspaces section.

Using It Responsibly

Don't:

• break the law or use Heapwatch to harm people or systems;
• probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service beyond what the law allows;
• share access to slip past plan limits;
• cycle subscriptions and refunds for free paid capacity.

What We Can and Can't Promise

The service comes "as is" and "as available". Diagnostic output is information, not a guarantee. To the fullest extent Slovak and EU law allows, we exclude warranties and disclaim liability for any damages — direct or indirect — including lost profits, lost data, downtime, or business interruption. Mandatory legal obligations still apply where required.
